Filing An Ethics Complaint
REALTORS® are different from non-member licensees in that they voluntarily abide by a strict Code of Ethics. If you feel that a REALTOR® has violated one or more the Articles of the Code of Ethics, you can file an ethics complaint alleging a violation(s) through the Golden Triangle Association of Realtors®.
How To File A Complaint
- Review documents before you file a complaint and the Code of Ethics
- Complete Form E-1 and return to Lois Laird, gtrealtors@exceedtech.net. You must define and elaborate on which articles you believe have been violated.
